Ingredients:
UVS Traditional Wors
Hotdog Rolls
1 small onion
Pickled jalapeños
Black Mamba Chipotle Hot Sauce
Mayonnaise
Lime Juice
Smoked paprika
Chili powder
Chakalaka
Grated cheese
Coriander
METHOD: 🧪
1. Prepare your Chipotle Mayo by adding 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1-2 tbsp lime juice, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 2 tbsp Black Mamba Chipotle Hot Sauce. Mix together and set aside.
2. Cook the UVS traditional wors either on the braai or on the stovetop. Set aside once cooked 3. Chop and fry the onion until caramelised. Set aside.
4. In a pot heat your ready made chakalaka.
5. Compile the Loaded Wors Roll by adding grated cheese and caramelised onion into a soft roll, followed by the wors, chakalaka and pickled jalapeños.
6. Lastly finish with a drizzle of the homemade Chipotle Mayo and a sprinkle of coriander.
