METHOD 📖
1. Preheat skillet on medium high heat and lightly oil the pan.
2. In a clean bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic to make a glaze.
3. Sear the pork chops on both sides on the preheated grill. Lightly brush glaze onto each side of the chops as they cook; grill until no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side.
4. Baste the chops again with the glaze once removed from pan. Garnish with fresh Rosemary and enjoy with a side of your choice!
